Information submitted through the appointment form or WhatsApp is used solely to schedule and confirm your visit.
Every patient has the right to respectful treatment, privacy during examination, and a clear explanation of their diagnosis and treatment options.
Patients may request a second opinion, refuse a proposed treatment, or ask for a copy of their medical reports.
Female patients may request a female attendant to be present during examination.
Consultation, investigation and procedure charges are shared with you before treatment begins. Health Card and eligible insurance cases are verified at reception.
Advance payments for cancelled procedures are refundable after deduction of any investigations already performed.
Please keep your receipts; refunds and claims require the original billing documents.
